Fifteen years after the initial inception, Limassol Greens is finally in the process of becoming a reality. As a project Limassol Greens is certainly quite unique, as it is the only Golf Course Resort in Cyprus that geographically falls within a metropolitan area. In this sense the Project seeks to create a serene and balanced environment, which combines the tranquillity of resort life, with the advantages of urban living.
Our involvement spans from the inception of the Master-Plan – in collaboration with @AECOM, to the resolution of the Architectural Concept – in collaboration with @HKS. Beyond these conceptual stages, our Practice is also engaged in the Project’s Design Development, Technical Design and Construction Supervision.
