This Office Building tackles one of the key challenges of designing workplaces today – namely, how to strike a balance between a generic spatial organisation, which accommodates a high degree of functional flexibility and adaptability, with a specific morphological configuration that responds to its context in a calculated way.
Given that the plot has a strong orientation upon a key commercial road, the building’s organisation responds to this by ensuring that there are only primary spaces facing the street – thereby ‘pushing to the back’ all secondary functional accommodation.
