Aetheria Heights is a residential development comprised by a diverse unit mix and it is situated upon the hills of Peyia, in the Paphos District. More specifically, the site is characterised by both dramatic topography and long-horizon views, many of which are distant sea views.
As such, the Proposal sought to be carefully coordinated with the site’s topography, while harnessing its majestic views. The Project’s material palette is greatly informed by that of the context, thereby enhancing their integration.
