Trilogy

Trilogy Seafront is a large-scale (140,000 sqm) mixed use waterfront development, located in the historic core of Limassol – in close proximity to the Molos Seafront Park.  It occupies a sizable plot at the front-line of the prominent coastal road, allowing the project to enjoy extended exposure towards the sea, thereby providing unique standards for a high-level luxury complex.

As the name suggests, the project is formed by three units; two high rise towers, situated at the East and West front-line of the plot, as well as a lower rise building that occupies the northern area and faces the sea between the former two.  The three structures share a large common Podium and are arranged in a triangular formation which maximises spatial openness between them and allows for elevated panoramic views.  In turn, the Podium accommodates two separate zones: a ‘Private Oasis’ and a ‘Public Plaza’.

The Public Plaza’s amenities include various Restaurants, Cafés, Bars and Shops for public use, while it is sectionally aligned with the level of the coastal road – thus forming an extension of the city ‘s ground and inviting public participation. On the other hand, the Private Oasis occupies the higher level of the Podium and is reserved for the development’s users.  Its facilities consist of a pool bar, swimming pools along with children’s play area and landscaped gardens.

In terms of architectural resolution, both high rise towers share similar standards while at the same time they differ.  The East Tower consists solely of residential units that are supported by a basic common infrastructure (a spa and a gym), while the West Tower hosts several floors of Workspaces in tandem to the residential use. The uniqueness of the Project is somewhat reflected in the ‘Sky Terrace’, which is a common facility offering an expansive open-air experience of the Mediterranean.
