Nemeli Court

Located at the corner of Ayiou Nicolaou Street and March 25th Street in Engomi, this project is a mixed-use development that stretches along both streets, forming a continuous structure which embraces a glass façade that maximises its exposure to the public and the openness of the area.  The ground floor consists of the commercial area while the upper floors are used as workspaces.  To address the plot’s coverage restrictions and the need for higher-ceiling commercial spaces, the mezzanines were strategically positioned to avoid overlapping with ground-floor areas.  This arrangement not only achieved the creation of double-height exhibition spaces but also accommodated additional covered parking, optimising functionality.
