This Apartment Building constitutes the Second Phase of a Residential Cluster, which in total encompasses Three Apartment Buildings in Two independent Plots.
The challenge here was to coordinate the definitive spatial demands of the underlying brief, in tandem with the curvature of the plot’s street-front and the highly irregular geometry of the site. Moreover, the plot borders a Public Green Space along its eastern border, which has given the opportunity to orient some units towards it.
Similarly to the First Phase, which consisted by Two Apartment Buildings, the architectural approach posited the tactical deployment of a sequence of parallel walls along the front Elevation, which both organise and define the assemblage. This theme was then furthered with a similar deployment of walls in Plan, which organise the Project’s Supportive Spaces at Ground Level.
