This Project is comprised by Two Apartment Buildings and constitutes the First Phase of a broader Residential Cluster, which in total encompasses Three Apartment Buildings within Two independent Plots.
The Project’s foremost architectural challenge was to integrate the strict spatial demands of the underlying brief of requirements, in conjunction to both the curvature of the Plot’s Street-Front and the context’s Topographic Variation. This was resolved with the tactical deployment of a sequence of parallel walls in the front Elevation, which both organise and define the assemblage. This theme was then furthered with a similar deployment of walls in Plan, which organise the Project’s Supportive Spaces at Ground Level.
