The corner plot is located in a quiet neighborhood with modern buildings and mature gardens in the area of Archangelos.
The elongated shape of the plot was the starting point for the configuration of the residence, which ensures the direct relationship of the internal spaces with the yard, allowing the maximum interaction of interior and exterior spaces. In this way, a more intimate environment is created for family life, as a veil of protection from the contemporary plethora of images and information.
The above architectural approach is also reflected in the openings of the building with the internal facades to the yard offering large openings, while the openings are more particular towards the two streets.
Particular importance was given to the folds on the corner of the building, where a ground floor annex mediates between the Residence and the street, accommodating the entrance.
