This Residence is situated within a leafy urban area of Nicosia, close to the city\u2019s historic core. Architecturally, the Project organises the primary living area as the geographical and performative epicentre of the house. As such, the living area is structured predominantly as a double-height volume, with strong continuity with the covered outdoor area and the garden.<\/p>\n
By attaining a bold centrality, the living area is the space around which all others are relationally-defined \u2013 be that in a centrifugal way, as evidenced in the residence\u2019s other main components (garden, swimming pool, and the like), or in a centripetal way, as registered in the house\u2019s functional accommodation.<\/p>\n
