This house is located on the northern outskirts of Limassol, in an area named Panthea, which \u2013 as the descriptive name suggests \u2013 is characterised by remarkable long-horizon views of the coastline. A primary reason the Project Site and the Urban Area enjoy these panoramic views is the terrain\u2019s dramatic topography, which both poses challenges and creates opportunities.<\/p>\n
Architecturally the Project perceived the site\u2019s topographic variation as an invitation to create a house of several datums \u2013 each with a distinct and complimentary performative charge. This disposition was also favoured by the size of the house, as well as its functional accommodation. As such, the Ground Floor from the side of the Street becomes the primary Living Level, while the Floor below \u2013 which also enjoys access to the garden hosts Supportive Facilities.<\/p>\n
For their part, the two floors above the ground occupy, respectively, the Sleeping Quarters (1st<\/sup> Floor) and the Study\/Library (2nd<\/sup> Floor).
